The Master armor recipe should be a possible drop from all sorcerers, regardless of the map. Don't know about the regular one. Edit: The scroll that teaches the Skelos Cult armor (The basic stuff, not the Master one) can apparently possibly be found in the chest at the end of dungeons on Siptah.
